The Midlands Workforce Development Board (MWDB) is accepting proposals to provide WIOA Adult, Dislocated Worker, Youth Program (Including Business Services) and One-Stop Operator services in its three (3) SC Works Midlands Centers: Richland, Lexington and Fairfield counties.

BUDGET FORMS
As a matter of clarification, the Local Area (Midlands Workforce Development Board) staff manages the SC Works Center Partner Memorandum of Understand (MOU) and Resource Sharing Agreement (RSA) on an annual basis rather than the WIOA service providers.
Documentation of center partner services is not included within the scope of the RFP solicitation. No Midlands Area partner needs to document the provision of service in the SC Works Center as a part of a response to our current RFP.
